I’ve been training with Neil for four years now.
Krav doesn’t come naturally to me, but Neil has always been very patient, allowing me to learn at my own pace, while pushing me to go further than I thought I’d be capable of.
I’d recommend krav to anyone who’s looking to improve their self defence skills, while getting healthier both physically and mentally.
There’s also a great sense of community within each of the individual classes, and across the TDKM family as a whole. Like a lot of folk, I also train with other TDKM instructors and feel equally at home in their classes.
There really is no down side to learning krav, so if you’re looking to give it a go…you’ve come to the right place!
