Our TDKM women's self defence workshop at Urban Fit, Greenock is coming!

This entry level course will be on Saturday 26th of April 10am-12 at Urban Fit Gym in Greenock.

2 hour course learning the fundamentals of self defence.

This class is perfect for those that want to find out more about Krav Maga and its benefits of self defence and to fitness, while getting to try it in an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
