Our TDKM beginners workshop at Urban Fit, Greenock is coming!

This entry level class will be on Saturday 22nd April between 10:00-11:30am at Urban Fit Gym in Greenock. This class is perfect for those that want to find out more about Krav Maga and its benefits of self defence and to fitness, while getting to try it in an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.
