or keep track with video evidence etc.

The aim just now is to try to be as active as possible. Physical activity won’t just boost your immune system, it will also be good for your mental health, which we need in these very trying times. On that note, we hope that this little competition will build that community that we love having at classes but doesn’t always get shown on the Facebook group.

10 reps= 1 point
100 calories= 5 points
1 mile= 10 points
1 Krav Maga class = Calories burned (given by instructor) + 25 bonus points
1 Stretching Routine = 10 points
